Delete your account

What happens

1. You send the request below, or from the app under Settings > Delete Account.
2. We contact the store owner within 3 working days to confirm. This stops anyone else on your till from closing your account by mistake.
3. Once you confirm, your account is closed straight away and your data is deleted within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your store account and every staff login
• Items, prices, sales history, customers, employees and settings
• QR ordering, GrabFood and booking settings linked to the store

What we have to keep

E-invoices already sent to LHDN, and our own billing records for your subscription, are kept for as long as Malaysian law requires (generally 7 years) and then deleted. Download any reports you need from your dashboard before you ask.
